Medical Aesthetics: Products such as Dermal Fillers and Botulinum Toxins are sold exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, clinics). By purchasing, you warrant that you hold a valid license for the use of such products.

Research Compounds: Products listed under the Research Division (Peptides, Hormonal Research) are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are NOT for human or animal consumption.
2. Research Use Only (Disclaimer)
The purchaser acknowledges that the products sold for research have not been tested by Amerinet-GPO for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other applications.

The buyer expressly represents to Amerinet-GPO that the buyer will properly test and use any products purchased from Amerinet-GPO in accordance with the practices of a reasonable person who is an expert in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Shipping and Cold-Chain Logistics

Temperature Sensitivity: For products requiring refrigeration, Amerinet-GPO utilizes validated thermal packaging.

Responsibility: Amerinet-GPO is not responsible for product degradation if the customer fails to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or if the package is held at customs for reasons beyond our control.

Customs: For international orders, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. Amerinet-GPO is not liable for seizures or delays caused by customs authorities.
4. No Return and Refund Policy
Due to the medical and chemical nature of the products sold:

To ensure the safety, sterility, and stability of our inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility.

If a product arrives damaged or if there is a shipping error, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
5. Limitation of Liability
Amerinet-GPO, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods. The buyer assumes all risk for the handling and use of the products.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Amerinet-GPO reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion if professional misuse is suspected.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami, Florida.
