Customs & Duties: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Amerinet-GPO is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
2. Specialized Cold-Chain Protocols
For temperature-sensitive products (such as Botulinum Toxins and certain Peptides):

Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is attended at the time of arrival. Amerinet-GPO is not liable for product degradation if a delivery is missed or redirected by the customer.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the strict safety, sterility, and stability requirements of medical injectables and research compounds:

All Sales are Final: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.

Why? Once a medical or chemical product leaves our controlled environment, we can no longer guarantee its integrity. To protect all our customers, we never restock or resell returned items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packing your orders, but if an issue occurs:

Reporting: Any damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the shipping box, the packaging, and the products received.

Resolution: If the error is verified as ours, we will arrange for a replacement or a credit at our discretion.
5. Seizures and Delivery Issues

Customs Seizures: If a package is seized or returned by customs due to local regulations regarding research compounds or medical devices, Amerinet-GPO is not obligated to issue a refund. It is the buyer’s duty to know the legality of the products in their jurisdiction.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, shipping fees will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply if the products are non-perishable.
