Delivery Policy & Return Terms

At Amerinet-GPO, we prioritize the integrity of our medical and research supplies. Our logistics protocols are designed to ensure that every product reaches its destination in optimal condition, maintaining the high standards associated with our healthcare legacy.

1. Worldwide Shipping & Logistics

We ship globally from our strategic distribution hubs in South Korea using premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure speed and reliability.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 business hours.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

  • Customs & Duties: For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Amerinet-GPO is not responsible for delays caused by local customs inspections or regulatory holds.

2. Specialized Cold-Chain Protocols

For temperature-sensitive products (such as Botulinum Toxins and specific Research Peptides), we implement rigorous thermal management:

  • Medical-Grade Packaging: We utilize validated thermal insulation and professional gel-coolants to maintain the required temperature range during transit.

  • Logistics Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is attended at the time of arrival. Amerinet-GPO is not liable for product degradation if a delivery is missed, delayed, or redirected by the customer.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the strict safety, sterility, and stability requirements of medical injectables and research compounds, and in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP):

  • All Sales are Final: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Product Integrity: Once a medical or chemical product leaves our controlled environment, its integrity can no longer be guaranteed. To protect the safety of our global professional community, we never restock or resell returned items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packing every order, but if a discrepancy occurs:

  • Reporting Window: Any damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the external shipping box, the internal packaging, and the specific products received (including batch numbers/seals).

  • Resolution: If the error is verified as an operational discrepancy on our part, we will arrange for a replacement or a credit at our discretion.

5. Seizures and Regulatory Issues

  • Customs Seizures: As a B2B provider, Amerinet-GPO facilitates the supply of specialized compounds. It is the buyer’s strict duty to verify the legality and import requirements of the products within their specific jurisdiction. Amerinet-GPO is not obligated to issue refunds for packages seized or returned by customs due to local regulatory restrictions.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to our hub because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply to non-perishable items only.
