🌍 International Shipping & Legal Compliance
We ship worldwide. However, due to the regulated nature of our products (Dermal Fillers, classified as Medical Devices in the U.S. and many other jurisdictions), the purchaser assumes full and sole responsibility for the following:
- Legal and Customs Compliance: It is the buyer’s exclusive responsibility to ensure that the import of the products is legal in the country of destination and that all necessary licenses, permits, and registration requirements are met.
- Authorization to Purchase: Our products are intended for purchase only by licensed medical professionals, authorized clinics, and licensed wholesalers/distributors who are legally permitted to receive, store, and administer/distribute such products in their country.
- Seizure and Refusal: We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, seizures, or refusals of entry by local customs or health authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA, etc.) in the destination country. The purchaser will not receive a refund for orders seized, detained, or destroyed by customs authorities. All fees associated with re-shipping, destruction, or disposal will be charged to the buyer.
⏳ Processing and Shipping Times
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days following verification of payment and, where applicable, professional license.
- Transit: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination (generally 3-10 business days for international shipments, in addition to processing time). Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control and are the buyer’s risk.
🌡️ Temperature Management (Cold Chain)
- Certain products may require temperature-controlled shipping.
- When a product requires “Cold Chain” handling, we utilize insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain temperature integrity during transit.
- Critical Notice: Due to their sensitivity, Cold Chain products are not eligible for refunds or replacement if the purchaser is unavailable to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

⚠️ “No Return” Policy for Medical Devices
Due to the nature of the products sold (Injectable Medical Devices) and to ensure the integrity, safety, sterility, and compliance with FDA and international regulations:
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than the specific exceptions listed below.
This stringent policy is in place to guarantee that all our customers receive products whose integrity has never been compromised after leaving our facility.
🛡️ Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We will only consider a request for exchange or refund under the following circumstances:
- Product Damaged Upon Arrival: If the package or product is clearly damaged in transit, you must:
- Refuse the delivery if the damage is obvious.
- If damage is discovered upon opening, you must send a notification within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the damage (outer packaging, inner packaging, and product).
- Incorrect Product Shipped: If an incorrect item was shipped (different from what was ordered).
In either case:
- A request must be sent to [Support Email Address] within the specified period.
- Authorized merchandise for return must be shipped back in its original, unopened, unused condition with all security seals intact.
❌ Refund Refusals
No refunds or replacements will be issued for:
- Customs Refusal/Seizure: Orders blocked, refused, or destroyed by Customs due to the buyer’s failure to comply with local import laws (as established in the “Delivery Policy” section).
- Temperature Issues: Failure to collect or refusal of Cold Chain shipments on the first delivery attempt.
- Buyer’s Remorse/Incorrect Order: Orders where the purchaser simply changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer requires the item.
- Improper Injection/Misuse: Issues or adverse events arising from the improper use, injection, or storage of the product by the buyer (or the administering professional).
