2. Research Use Only (Disclaimer) The purchaser acknowledges that products listed under the Research Division are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes.
Compliance: The buyer represents that they will use any products purchased in accordance with the practices of a professional expert and in strict compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
3. Shipping and Cold-Chain Logistics
Temperature Sensitivity: For products requiring refrigeration, Amerinet-GPO utilizes validated thermal packaging.
Import Compliance: The buyer is the Importer of Record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. Amerinet-GPO is not liable for seizures or delays caused by customs authorities.
4. No Return and Refund Policy Due to the medical and chemical nature of the products:
Final Sale: All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility to ensure the safety and sterility of our inventory.
Discrepancies: Any damage or shipping error must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
