PLEASE, CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE. Your further accessing and using the Site will be considered as an acceptance of the Terms of Use. 1. Operation and Scope of Service
The Site is operated by Amerinet-GPO. Our goal is to provide you with efficient and quick request processing for professional product fulfillment services. Amerinet-GPO is not a pharmacy but works with duly licensed pharmacies and dispensaries in many jurisdictions (including, but not limited to, the United States and worldwide) to fulfill customer requests for accessible medications and professional products. Amerinet-GPO sells products exclusively to authorized customers with a medical license who have completed our account opening form.
2. Provided Information
Any information provided on the Site or by our Sales Representative is for informational purposes only and should not be considered specific advice. Please always ensure that you have consulted a medical doctor for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment – no information on the Site should be relied upon for this purpose. Amerinet-GPO may make changes to any products or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time without notice.
3. Information Collection and Account Opening
As part of the ordering process, all customers must enter into a Customer Agreement in order to establish their customer account. For this purpose, Amerinet-GPO requires the customer to complete an account opening form. Amerinet-GPO reserves the right to determine the content of the account opening form and the right to change it at any time.
4. Prohibited Transactions and Legal Compliance
The provision of products, services, or information on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell any such product or service but indicates that such products or services are available for sale to appropriate customers under an agreement with Amerinet-GPO. The Terms of Use that apply to a product or service will be determined at the time of sale. Amerinet-GPO reserves the right to reject a customer’s request for products or services, including where the advertising of the products or services or their notice for sale may be considered unlawful. All customers who use the Site are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including without limitation import laws, restrictions, and regulations that are enforced in their jurisdiction.
5. Accounts, Passwords, and Security
Each customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failure to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify Amerinet-GPO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from the Site, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Amerinet-GPO has no control over these charges.
7. Price Match Policy
At Amerinet-GPO, we value long-term relationships and are proud to show loyalty to our customers by offering a Price Match option. We understand the importance of fair pricing in today’s competitive market, and we strive to make sure you always get the best value when shopping with us. While we take an individualized approach to each request, there are three key conditions to keep in mind:
- The invoice must be no older than 2 months;
- It should be a valid, verifiable invoice from another supplier;
- The invoice must not include a first-order discount or loyalty points.
If you meet these criteria and bought the same product for less elsewhere, just reach out – we’ll do our best to match the price.
8. Shipping and Packaging
Orders will be shipped the next day after receiving payment. Approximate delivery time is 3-5 business days, which varies based on the warehouse location and the delivery company. Amerinet-GPO is not responsible for delivery delays which are caused by the delivery company, import procedures, and the customer himself.
Amerinet-GPO provides a great customer packaging experience. Some products require special packaging, which is provided by Amerinet-GPO. Due to the nature of the product, Amerinet-GPO is not responsible for the product quality caused by a delivery delay that was not caused by Amerinet-GPO itself. Amerinet-GPO does not accept returns of specific products because they lose their important qualities following shipment or delays.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is available on an “as-is, as-available” basis, and Amerinet-GPO does not promise that the Site or any of its content, service, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that the use of the Site will provide special results. All information on the Site can be changed without notice.
Amerinet-GPO takes reasonable steps to protect the Site and to be able to process your requests through your customer account, and/or through our toll-free telephone number and toll-free facsimile number. Amerinet-GPO makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Site, and without limitation, disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, usefulness, non-infringement, completeness, accuracy, and reliability. All risks associated with the use of the Site shall be borne by you exclusively.
IN NO EVENT WILL AMERINET-GPO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, FOR INTERRUPTED SERVICE, OR FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS TO COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND OTHERWISE THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE.

If you decide to leave the Site and access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
12. Termination of Customer Account
Amerinet-GPO reserves the right to terminate your customer account at its sole discretion.
13. Severability
Should any provision set out in the Terms of Use be determined to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and shall be severed from the balance of this document without invalidating or affecting the remaining provisions, which remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement with Amerinet-GPO with respect to the matters dealt with herein.
15. Age of Majority
In order to use the Site and establish a customer account, all users must be of the age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction and possess the necessary licensing to purchase the products offered on this Site.
