Members to Benefit from New Agreement between Amerinet Choice and Medline
St. Louis (September 12, 2011) – Amerinet Choice®, the private-label and sourcing company of Amerinet Inc., announces a new agreement with Medline Industries Inc. for wound closure products.
Effective August 1, 2011, through July 31, 2014, the contract offers significant savings to Amerinet members on octylseal™ high viscosity tissue adhesive. Medline’s octylseal features a proprietary formulation containing 2-octyl cyanoacrylate for strength and flexibility. In addition, the absence of external activators in the tip eliminates heat-related discomfort for patients plus it prolongs the lifetime of the applicator since it doesn’t clog rapidly. Studies have also demonstrated that octylseal products act as a barrier to microbial penetration.
