Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, Michael Costabile works closely with Amerinet’s board and leadership team in their efforts to provide increased value to healthcare providers and grow sales and operations.
Costabile leads the financial function and supporting information systems of the company with a focus on performance improvement, value creation, treasury, tax and group purchasing compliance, and asset management. As part of the senior leadership team, Costabile oversees the finance, accounting, networking events and distribution functions of Amerinet.
Prior to being named CFO, Costabile worked as the president of Amerinet Central, one of two investor owners of Amerinet. He also served as Amerinet Central’s CFO, senior director of finance and accounting/controller, and played an integral role in strategic planning, financial modeling and analysis, process improvement, system implementation, legal, and tax planning and resolution for Amerinet Central.
Costabile’s financial expertise also extends to process improvement, cost management, cooperative tax law and compensation strategies and models. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Costabile earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Penn State University and is a certified public accountant.
